Product Information:
We do not use any preservative in our cookies.  All products should be stored preferably in an air-tight container away from direct sun, and humidity.  Cookies are best eaten within 3 weeks or can be frozen.  To defrost, leave out at room temperature for at least thirty minutes. 

Our cookies are made in a facility that processes foods that contain wheat (gluten), milk, egg, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, seeds and chocolate.  While some cookies may not contain all of these products, trace amounts of them may be found in our products.

Unless otherwise stated, we ship your order within four to seven business days from order. Currently, we ship gift orders Monday and Friday via USPS Priority Mail.  PECKIgrams are shipped via USPS First Class Mail within one to three business days of order.  We ship from Manhattan, NY.

USPS Priority: Upon shipping, orders generally arrive within 1-3 business days depending on geographic location.  We will ship to the address specified unless it is clear otherwise that other shipping arrangements have been made prior to placing order.  Please note that Kanpekies is not responsible for delayed, unclaimed, undelivered, or returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses or delays caused by USPS due to weather or other causes that we are unable to control.  Unless requested otherwise, we waive the requirement for signature upon delivery.  However, it is within the discretion of the USPS to leave the package.  Due to the nature of our products, we do not ship to PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. 

Refunds + Returns:
All sales are final.  However, Kanpekies takes pride in providing our customers with the best quality product and customer service possible.  All of our products are made by hand, and we do our best to maintain consistency from one order to another.  If you are not satisfied with your order,  products may be returned in its original, unopened packaging for a refund, however, return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns for packages that are already opened.   

We put a lot of care into packaging our products for shipment, however we can not guarantee what happens to the packages once they leave our hands.  Sometimes, cookies do arrive damaged due to handling and shipment.  If a package is greatly damaged, please contact us.
